Request account deletion
You can ask JMG KCC to deactivate your Keystone Field access and review the personal data associated with your account for deletion.
Last updated August 31, 2026How to make a request
- Email magaly@jmgkcc.com from an address JMG KCC can use to verify your identity.
- State that you want your Keystone Field account deleted and provide your full name and the company email associated with the account.
- Do not include your password, one-time authentication code, or worker-mailbox password.
- The administrator may need to verify your identity before changing or deleting account data.
What the request covers
The request can cover account access, profile details, app authentication association, and personal app data that JMG KCC is permitted to delete. It also includes a review of connected operational records associated with your profile.
What may be retained
Some time, attendance, reimbursement, receipt, message, safety, payroll-support, audit, or dispute records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal recordkeeping purposes. Where a record must remain, account access can still be disabled and use of the retained data can be limited to the applicable purpose.
Time entries, clock GPS evidence, reimbursements, and receipts are normally retained for four years; messages, forms, safety submissions, and field issues for one year; and security logs for 90 days. A legal hold or applicable recordkeeping requirement may require longer retention.
What happens on your device
Sign out and disconnect your worker mailbox to remove its saved cPanel password from Keystone Field SecureStore on that device. Deleting the Keystone Field account does not by itself delete the separate cPanel mailbox or email retained by the mail provider.
Questions or corrections
You can request correction without deleting your account. Review the privacy policy for a description of current data use or visit support for common app issues.
