Get help with Keystone Field

Before contacting support

1. Confirm your phone has an internet connection and that Keystone Field is updated.
2. Close and reopen the app, then retry the action once.
3. Note what you were doing, the time it happened, and any error shown.
4. Share a screenshot only if it does not reveal a password, authentication code, receipt details, or private message.

Sign-in and access

Ask your company administrator to confirm that your account is active, your company email is correct, and your role is assigned. Never give another person a one-time sign-in code or secure sign-in link.

GPS clock-in or clock-out

Open device settings and allow foreground location access for Keystone Field. Return to the app with a clear location signal and retry the clock action. If GPS is required for your account, only an administrator can change that policy.

Continuous background breadcrumbs and job-site exit alerts are not active in the current app.

Reimbursements and receipts

Check that the amount, category, description, date, and job are complete. Make sure the receipt is readable and does not include unrelated personal information. Your manager can explain a rejected claim or a request for more information.

Worker email

Only your assigned @wk.jmgkcc.com cPanel mailbox can be connected. If it does not connect, confirm the full address and password with the person who manages company mailboxes, then disconnect and reconnect from the app.

Do not send your mailbox password to support. Keystone Field support should never ask for it in chat, email, a form, or a reimbursement.

Privacy or account deletion

Read the privacy policy for current data practices. To remove app access or request deletion, email magaly@jmgkcc.com and follow the account-deletion steps.

Safety and emergencies

Keystone Field is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat to life, health, or property, use the appropriate local emergency channel and follow JMG KCC's safety procedures.
