Terms of Use
These terms govern authorized use of Keystone Field by JMG KCC employees, supervisors, administrators, and other company-approved users.
Last updated September 4, 2026Agreement and authorized users
By signing in to or using Keystone Field, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your access is connected to your work for JMG KCC. You may use the app only while JMG KCC authorizes your account and only for legitimate company operations. JMG KCC policies, safety procedures, expense rules, and employment requirements continue to apply.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app and contact your administrator. Nothing in these terms waives rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting the device and invitation/sign-in email account used to authenticate. Keep one-time codes, secure sign-in links, passwords, and worker-mailbox credentials private. Do not share an account, approve another person's sign-in, or attempt to use a role or record you are not authorized to access.
Report a lost device, unexpected sign-in, suspected credential exposure, or incorrect access promptly. JMG KCC may require reauthentication, reset credentials, limit a role, or suspend access to protect company systems and records.
Acceptable use
Use Keystone Field accurately, lawfully, and in support of assigned work. You must not:
- enter knowingly false time, expense, safety, job, receipt, or work-activity information;
- upload malicious software, unlawful material, or content unrelated to authorized company work;
- harass others, disclose confidential information without authorization, or use company messaging or email for unlawful purposes;
- bypass access controls, probe another organization's data, disrupt the service, scrape records, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use another person's identity, credentials, mailbox, or device session.
Work records and company administration
Keystone Field can record job assignments, schedules, time events, field logs, forms, safety submissions, issues, team messages, and administrative actions. Authorized JMG KCC personnel may review and manage these records according to role, assignment, company policy, and applicable law. Submit complete and accurate information and report a suspected error so it can be reviewed.
GPS and location features
When you start a clock-in or clock-out action, Keystone Field may request foreground device location and record coordinates, accuracy, time, the selected job, distance from the configured job site, and the resulting verification status. An administrator may require usable GPS for your account or authorize clocking without GPS. A clock action may be rejected or marked for review when required location information is unavailable or outside the configured boundary.
Location and geocoding can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate because of device, satellite, network, building, map-provider, or job-site configuration conditions. Follow company procedures for correcting a location or attendance record.
Expenses, reimbursements, and receipts
Expense submissions must identify the transaction accurately and include a readable receipt when required. Clearly identify whether a purchase was paid personally or with a company card. Company-card records are accounting documentation and are not employee reimbursement requests. Submission through Keystone Field does not guarantee approval, reimbursement, payment timing, or tax treatment; company review and applicable policies control those decisions.
Do not upload unrelated personal information. Receipt files and related metadata are stored privately for authorized review under the retention practices described in the privacy policy.
Messaging and employee email
Company messages, forms, and connected worker email are for authorized business communications. Users should not expect personal-email privacy when using a company mailbox or company operations system, subject to applicable law and JMG KCC policy. Do not place passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive information in messages, forms, support requests, or receipts.
If you connect an assigned worker mailbox, you authorize Keystone Field to use the credentials stored on your device to perform the mailbox actions you request. Signing out or disconnecting removes saved mailbox credentials from the app device as described in the privacy policy; it does not delete the separate company mailbox or messages retained by the mail provider.
Third-party services
Keystone Field depends on configured third-party services for functions such as authentication, database and private file storage, hosting, device distribution, geocoding, and cPanel email. Those services may experience outages or apply their own terms and privacy practices.
If JMG KCC connects QuickBooks Online, authorized administrators may import selected customer or project information or perform other expressly enabled accounting workflows. QuickBooks access does not automatically approve an expense, change payroll, or replace company accounting review. Intuit's applicable terms and privacy practices also govern its service.
Ownership and limited license
JMG KCC and its licensors retain their rights in Keystone Field, its branding, software, and company content. Subject to these terms, JMG KCC grants each authorized user a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the app for approved company work. No other license or ownership right is granted.
Availability, changes, and termination
Features may be corrected, secured, changed, suspended, or discontinued as operational needs and legal requirements change. JMG KCC may suspend or terminate access when authorization ends, an account presents a security risk, these terms or company policy are violated, or continued access is no longer required.
When access ends, stop using the app, sign out, and remove it from devices you no longer use for company work. Termination of app access does not automatically delete business, employment, safety, accounting, audit, or email records that JMG KCC or a service provider is permitted or required to retain.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keystone Field is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. GPS, geocoding, messaging, email, imports, notifications, and device services may fail or produce incomplete information. Verify critical work information through the appropriate company process.
Keystone Field is not an emergency service and does not replace required safety judgment, supervision, emergency channels, payroll review, accounting review, or legal compliance. For an immediate threat to life, health, or property, use the appropriate emergency channel and follow JMG KCC safety procedures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMG KCC and its service providers are not liable under these terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use or unavailability of the app. This limitation does not restrict liability or employee rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to limit.
Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or another mandatory law applies. Employment rights and obligations remain governed by applicable law and company policy.
JMG KCC may update these terms when the app, company practices, or legal requirements change. The page will show the current update date. If a material change requires additional notice or acceptance, JMG KCC will provide it through an appropriate company or in-app process.
